Guest Fees
- When playing a Guest, members must select "GUEST £8" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets.
- The system will automatically charge the £8 Guest Fee to your booking system account.
- If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
- This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
- If you did not have sufficient credit on your booking system account, you will then need to "top-up" (click link to Buy Credit) in order to cover the guest fee charges before booking more courts.
Booking Rules
- Members may book up to 21 days in advance.
- The new booking sheet is automatically added daily at 7 am.
- The member who books the court should select playing partners/opponents to show on the booking sheets.
- Maximum 1 peak-time booking per member per day.
- Peak times are Monday - Friday from 5.15 pm onwards.
- Late-Cancellation policy:
- When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
- No charge when cancelled more than 48 hours prior to start time.
- When cancelled with 48 hours prior to start time:
- £5.00 "late-cancellation fee" on all occasions.
- The late-cancellation fee is automatically refunded if the same court is rebooked.
- Check-in / No-Show policy:
- The member who booked the court is required to check-in to confirm court usage within 1 hour prior to the reserved start time (or within an hour after playing).
- Any selected playing partner/opponent may also check-in to confirm court usage on behalf of the member who booked the court.
- The system assumes a "no-show" if the member who booked the court fails to check-in.
- On each occasion, the system will automatically charge a £5 no-show penalty to the member's booking system account.
- On each occasion, the system sends an email notification at 10am on the day following the no-show with a reminder to check-in next time.
- Please note you will need to know your system PIN to check-in on the touch screen "kiosk" system in the club bar. You can look-up your PIN when logged into the website, or use the Forgotten Password process.
- Members with outstanding late-cancellation or no-show charges must top-up their booking system accounts with an online credit/debit card transaction prior to booking more courts.
