Kingsland Squash and Racketball Club / new court booking system

WELCOME As you may have already heard, we are moving to a new online booking system for the squash and tennis courts. Paid up members can start using the booking system immediately to reserve squash/ tennis courts up to 21 days prior. Please note that when booking 21 days prior, the courts can only be booked from 7am onwards (on the day when making the booking). ALL BOOKINGS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW SYSTEM -- If you reserved a court for today or any day in the near future, then it should be on the new booking system and you should have already received an email confirmation message as part of the migration from XN Horizons to Mycourts. Please note we have returned to staggered court times at peak afternoon/ evening times. If we have transferred an original booking you will need to check potential new start time. Plus if we missed your booking, please login to the new system and book your court ASAP! Please click the following link to go to the booking system website. http://kingslandsquash.mycourts.co.uk Please do not share your login details and PIN number with other members. You can change your password and PIN when you log-in to the booking system website. Use the 'My settings' area available from the home page left hand side menu. You will need your username and password to login to the booking system website. MEMBERS 15/16. Only those members who have paid their annual subscription will have access to this new booking system. Until you are a paid up member your account will remain inactive. This email is another alert to those who have not paid their annual subscriptions for 15/16. SQUASH COURT CHECK-IN / NO-SHOW POLICY The member who booked the squash court MUST check-in within 60 minutes prior to playing via the "kiosk" terminal which has been installed adjacent to the main noticeboard at the club. You will need to know your PIN to check-in. The system will automatically assume a "no-show" when the member who booked the squash court fails to check-in. At this stage, there are no penalties for no-shows (but they are logged, recorded and counted within the system). CANCELLATIONS When unable to use a booked court, please make every effort to cancel as soon as possible so that other members may use the court. At this stage, there are no penalties for late-cancellations within 48 hours (but they are also logged, recorded and counted).
