Important Information Regarding Bar Access
Hi Everyone
In order to make the bar area accessible to all members during all open times at the club, we've now mounted a secure key holder on the wall to the left of the bar door (see picture below).

The access code is 2525 (this is the same code used for the bar door keypad access too)
Enter the code and pull down the small lever to release the lock. The key inside opens the three locks on the door.
Please note, as the facility is shared with school children, we have a duty of care to ensure that the bar area is securely locked when finished with. It is the responsibility of the last person to use the facility in the evening to switch off bar lights and lock the door - leaving the key back in it's security box (don't forget to scramble the code!)
IMPORTANT: For security, could all current key holders please return their keys and place in the safe located within the bar area behind the door.
There are a few short instructions with regards to the opening and closing of the bar area. These will be posted on a laminted sheet on the internal bar door. Please do take a moment to familiarise yourself accordingly.
Let's keep the social area open, lively and lit as much as possible! Revenue from the bar provides us with valuable funding to continue the upkeep and development of the facility for us all!
If you are the last one at the club please check the bar is closed down appropriately. It is everyone's responsibility to ensure this is done so please support the club and each other by adhering to the instuctions posted on the internal bar door.
