Hi [[firstname]] Re: New members evening Friday 29th January 2016 I sent the below last week - to date we have 6 responses. It would be good to increase the numbers - just reply to the email with a 'YAY or "NAY"!! :-) According to our records - and apologies if this is wrong - you joined the club in the period January 2015 to January 2016. By way of a welcome, by way of introducing ourselves and by way of having a fun evening you are invited to the new members evening. The club coaches and committee members will be present and you will have the opportunity to play squash in a mini competition. Snacks will be available and the bar open. The event kicks off at 7:15pm and goes on to ..............!!! We do hope you will take up this opportunity. To register your interest simply reply to this email and then we will forward more information. I know a few of you have registered already and we hope the number soon grows.
