RE: Important All Members to Read
Hi Everyone
The women’s changing room will be out of action for the next 6 weeks whilst the school facility’s team complete vital improvements. The school team have offered us a porta-loo that will be positioned adjacent to the squash club and also access to the changing rooms at the swimming pool.
In addition to this we have come up with the following plan to provide showers and changing facilities on site for our female players.
The male changing rooms will rotate allowed use between male and female players on 30 minute intervals.
Males: From the start of the hour to the half hour.
Females: From the half hour to the full hour.

There will be a two sided sign (similar to a shop window - open/closed sign) which dictates it is currently male or currently female based on the time. So if you are female and turn up at 8.32pm for example and it has male sign, you would turn the sign around, open the door and check that it is safe to enter and then use. Same in reverse at 9.02pm.
