England Squash - Copper Event

Kingsland/ Shropshire Squash club has been given the privilege of hosting an England Squash Copper tournament on Saturday 21 April 2018. This is an entry level event for juniors. We would like to have it sponsored by either a local company/business so that we could put on a really good event and impress England squash so that they allow us to host others in the future. To do this we are in need of something like £500+ to cover costs - the normal gift to the entrants is a t-shirt with the name of the event + logos from sponsoring companies. I am not expecting any one company to fund the whole cost, unless they feel able, but the more sponsors the greater the cost for the printing, unless they donate generously.
The sponsors would get national coverage on the poster advertising the event, which would be on the England Squash website under Kingsland/ Shropshire Squash open event (or whatever we decide to call it, which could include the sponsors name if they decide to fully fund it). The free t-shirts would have their logo on it so whenever the players wore the shirt later on they would get advertising all over the different squash events. Jaydan has quite a number of shirts from different events he has played in and still wears the shirts. One Saturday three from our club all turned up wearing the same shirt from a tournament in the West Midlands they had played in quite a few months earlier. The kids like to wear them as a sort of showing off of the events they have played in. We would also try and get coverage in the local newspapers and have photographs of the winners wearing their shirts and, if the sponsors wanted to, receiving a trophy from the sponsor. The trophy again would have the sponsors name on it etc (again only if they put up the funds otherwise we don't normally get trophies unless a sponsor has funded them).
This is a prestigious event for Shropshire as it will put us on the Squash map and show us as a thriving and competitive club which I am sure you would all agree is a good thing.
Any offers please forward to me - Ian Tanner at kitanner@hotmail.com or phone 07773753563/01743245450. I need to sort this out ASAP as I need to do the poster and forward to England Squash before 12 January 2018. Thanks
Ian Tanner
