RE: Closing of the Bar

Hi everyone

There has been an incidence of the door to the kitchen and bar being left open and all the lights in the Club left on overnight on Wednesday last week. We like to remind all members that we are all responsible for ensuring that the Club and bar is locked up each night. If a member opens the bar on any night, that member must ensure that, either, they lock it up before they leave, or, that they ensure someone else who is still at the club, locks it up when they leave. In any case, any member playing after 8.30 at night, should check that, if they are the last person to leave the Club, that the lights are all switched off and the door to the kitchen and bar is locked.
The key to the door to the kitchen and bar is in the key safe to the left of the door into the kitchen and bar. If you do not know the code for the key safe, please speak to a committee member or call Andrew Black on 07889 494786 or Max Ball on 07859 123417.

Please can all members take note of this and pass on to those who may not know.

Many Thanks

Scott
