Update on How to Play Squash following New COVID Alert Level System
Hi Everyone
Let me know any additions or modifications you would like made before this is sent out.
Hello Everyone
Following the Government's announcement on the new Tier System of different COVID Alert Levels, England Squash have updated their guidelines which can be found here: https://www.englandsquash.com/back-to-squash
The main point we want to highlight to everyone is that if Shrewsbury goes into a higher tier, the acceptable formats of Squash will change.
Please see below for England Squash's table on changes to Squash in different Alert Levels:

So as you can see if we go into a "High" or "Very High" Alert Level, you will no longer be able to play match play or Sides with people outside of your support bubble or household.

We will endeavour to keep you updated of changes that occur but please take note of the chnages that will be in place should we move into a High or Very High Alert Level.
If you are unsure of how to check your areas current alert level then you can go to https://www.gov.uk/find-coronavirus-local-restrictions or if you download the official NHS COVID-19 App and fill in your details, it will tell you what alert level you're area is in.
If anyone has any questions about this then please do not hesitate to speak to the school at sport@shrewsbury.org or speak to a committee member.
