September 2015 - our first full month

Hopefully we are all getting used to the new booking system. To date comments have been very favourable and complimentary. Please could you note:- 1. From September 1st we will log and record all 'no shows' and 'late cancellations' over the month. As an example in the first three weeks of operation the system recorded in excess of 15 hours of 'no show' court time. Obviously much of this was down to a change of systems and members becoming used to the new way of booking. However, to maximise use for all members then this is something we have to address. 2. Touch screen kiosk. Please treat this as a 'tap screen'. To get a more reliable entry via the kiosk please gently tap required entries. 3. Hints and tips on the booking website. Most items listed in the top banner and left hand side links are self-explanatory. It's worth noting:- > 'News and Events' - logs all broadcasted emails via the booking system. A good source of reference. > 'Leagues' - we hope to go operational from October. Members will then be able to enter results online and view the leagues remotely. > 'Tournaments' - our first internal club event of the new subscription year is now listed. Tag Team Squash is scheduled for Friday 25th September. Please have a look. You can enter direct through the website. It's a fun event, lets get a great turn out. > 'My Bookings' - please note information on guest fees and booking rules. > 'My Profile/ Edit My Profile' - why not upload a picture. > 'Cancelled Court Alerts' - please consider adding your preferences for receiving emails of court cancellations - by both day of week and time. You must hit 'submit' for this to take effect. 4. New Glass Doors. We would like to respectfully suggest that members only use the opening/ closing handles and not directly handle/ push the glass doors.
